Nuvora Impact is not a development consultancy. Not a research agency, nor an NGO. It's a design practice built on one belief: evidence only holds if it's designed by the people inside the system it's measuring, not handed down from outside it.
In practice, that means mapping programmes the way systems thinkers do: behaviour-over-time, not single snapshots. Structures, not just events. Mental models, not just metrics. It's the difference between fixing a symptom and understanding why it kept happening.
Most teams analyse parts. We look for the relationships between them.
OUR RATIONALE
Natasha has sat at different points in the same system - on the funder side, deciding what gets measured and on the NGO side, living with what those decisions left out. Seeing both is where Nuvora's instincts come from, not a textbook.
She holds an engineering degree and an MA in Design Management from the University of Arts London.
